Greetings, my service is called “CLASSIC SOUNDS” and I go by the name DJ RP. I live in Porterville, CA that is part of Tulare County in the middle of the Central San Joaquin Valley.
My goal is to take people on a trip through music and sound for any event I am hired to do. As human beings we love to reminisce and music is something that can bring us back to some good memories. I believe most of all great music offers an escape from our daily grind. I play all types of music but specialize in the classics mainly from the 70’s and 80’s that many consider the golden era of music. It is guaranteed you will always hear songs from those two decades at any wedding and most other events.
I also have music starting from the 40’s through the 90’s as well as current sounds. I will always meet with you beforehand to discuss the type of music you want played and when you need me to play them. If you have requests for certain songs that are not within my play list, I will make sure to find those for you. Overall I am providing a service, so I will work with you to make sure your event will be fun, entertaining, and provide you with lasting memories.
If your event is for a birthday, graduation, corporate party, or a wedding, I look forward to setting the mood. Most of all it’s about having fun. I don’t mind doing theme parties as well, can someone say….“I LOVE THE 80’S!!!!”
